Nelson Mandela’s profound words, “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world,” resonate deeply with our ethos. With this in mind, we have made it our mission not only to excel in manufacturing and converting but also to educate and uplift our community.

Our approach to community empowerment revolves around opening our doors to universities and colleges, inviting students to embark on a journey through the heart of our operations. By offering firsthand experiences at our head office, we provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the manufacturing process, from materials to the finished product.

Through guided tours, students gain insight into the intricate world of production, converting and the finished products created out of Xanita board. They witness firsthand the fusion of creativity and craftsmanship that defines our work. Moreover, we provide them with practical knowledge about how our products translate into retail displays and exhibition stands, offering a glimpse into the retail and exhibition industry. Regent Business School recently visited Xanita HQ and had this to say: “The opportunity for our students to immerse themselves in a real-world retail environment at Xanita has undoubtedly enriched their academic journey.” Feedback like this highlights the relevance and importance of the collaboration between us and our educational institutions.

Our commitment to education extends beyond facility walkthroughs and presentations, we aim to be partners in learning, collaborating with educational institutions bridging the gap between theory and practice. Through these partnerships, we not only share our expertise but also benefit from fresh perspectives and ideas brought forth by students. It’s a symbiotic relationship that fosters innovation and drives positive change. Providing each student with hands-on experience which will assist in their educational and professional development. Nurturing them into the next generation of business leaders. 

Our belief in sharing our knowledge has been part of our company ethos for almost as long as Xanita has been in existence. From hands-on demonstrations, to webinars and the Xanita Academy, we help our customers and Xanita board users understand more about wide format printing, working with our products, and the applications of the boards. As time goes on we aim to include more videos and material to educate users about the fundamentals of design, the art of sales and mastering shopfitting. Enabling us to reach our closer community and the wider community.
